With over 35 years of experience in childcare, I provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. As an Ofsted-registered childminder, rated Good, I am dedicated to offering high-quality care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

I live in St Ives with my husband and our two sons. Throughout my career, I have worked in three nurseries—Scallywags in Cambridge, Roundabout in St Ives, and Silk Farm—caring for babies and young children aged 4 months to 2 years. As a Room Leader, I gained invaluable experience in early years education, creating engaging learning experiences that support children’s development.

I bring the same structured approach to learning that you would find in a nursery setting, ensuring that children in my care benefit from a rich, stimulating environment. Through play-based learning, sensory activities, and early communication support—including Makaton (Level 1) training—I encourage children to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace.

Safety and well-being are my top priorities. I am DBS-checked, paediatric first aid trained, and have completed child protection training to ensure a secure and caring environment.
